Warranty
At one-plus-dubai.ae, we offer warranties ranging from 1 month up to 24 months for our original new OnePlus products, ensuring the highest quality and up to 2 years of support. Below are the detailed warranty terms and conditions:
General Warranty Terms:
1. Original Products: All smartphones sold on our website are new, sealed in factory film, and come from the same batch.
2. No Refurbished Phones: We do not sell refurbished phones. Be cautious of cheaper prices on other sites, as they are likely for refurbished phones.
Warranty Periods:
- Default warranty is 12 months. You can choose an extended warranty of up to 24 months at checkout for eligible models.
- Watches: 6 months warranty.
- Headphones: 1 month warranty.
- LCD Screens: 1 month warranty if replaced by our service center. We are not responsible for replacements done elsewhere.
Conditions for Warranty Service:
1. Exclusive Website Support: We only support products purchased on our website: one-plus-dubai.ae. Products bought from other sellers or websites are not supported.
2. Order Verification: Warranty service requires your order number or invoice from our website. This helps us verify your device in our database and check the warranty details.
3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover components such as headphones, charging cables, charging blocks, batteries, and cables.
4. Free Repairs: Available only during the warranty period.
5. Shipping Costs: For valid warranty claims, transportation costs are covered by us. For non-warranty cases, the buyer bears these costs.
6. Operating Rules: The warranty is void if the product is misused or if operating rules are violated.
Warranty Cancellation Conditions:
- Damage due to natural disasters, fires, or household factors.
- Damage during transportation or misuse after purchase.
- Mechanical damage, unauthorized repairs, or interference.
- Unauthorized changes to the product’s design or layout.
- Damage from foreign objects, liquids, or insects.
- Use of unofficial software or tampering with the phone’s Android system files.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- Returns are only possible if the entire set is intact, all films are preserved, and it appears as if the box film was just removed. We reserve the right to refuse returns if any part of the kit is missing.
- Unfounded claims will be charged as private consultations.
- Warranty repairs can take from 7 to 45 working days, depending on complexity, excluding transportation time.
- If repairs cannot be completed within the established timeframe or parts are unavailable, the device will be replaced with a new or similar product. The warranty period continues from the original purchase date.
Return of New Products:
- Only new, unused products can be returned or exchanged. All documents, original presentation (films, stickers), and absence of use (no calls, test calls/SMS/photos only) are required.
- Each phone has an internal "talk" time counter to verify usage.
Warranty Claims Process:
- Contact us through the contact section on our website with your order number to confirm the warranty case.
- Our manager will arrange delivery to our service center. Collection and return of goods take 1 to 3 days. You do not need to go anywhere.
